Delivery within 2 to 5 working days* for 5.99 € for orders under 90 €, 2.99 € for orders between 90 € and 110 €, and free for orders over 110 €. Delivery against signature in relay points. 

• Chronopost relay point

Delivery within 1 to 2 working days* for 7.90 € for orders under 69 € and 4.90 € for orders over 69 €. Delivery within 1 working day for orders validated before 12:00 noon. Delivery against signature. 

• Chronopost home

Delivery within 1 to 2 working days* for 14.90 € for orders under 69 € and 10.90 € for orders over 69 €. Delivery within 1 working day for orders validated before 12:00 noon. Delivery against signature. 

• Pick-up in OL Store

Delivery within 4 to 7 working days* for 2 € for orders under 20 € and free for orders over 20 €. You will be informed of the availability of your package by e-mail.

RETURNS

Returns are free of charge for all orders in metropolitan France via Colissimo, within 30 days of receipt of the order.

END-OF-YEAR PERIOD

For orders placed on or after November 23, 2023, the returns period is extended to January 31, 2024.
