Your package is delivered to you personally or in your mailbox.

If its size does not allow it to be delivered to a mailbox, it will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to pick it up.

After this period, it will be returned to the sender.

In all cases, you will be informed by email 24 hours before the delivery of your package.

You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email, with a withdrawal voucher allowing you to pick it up within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to the sender.

Have your order delivered directly to one of the 10,000 post offices of your choice! (for metropolitan France only)

Now with So Colissimo, you can choose the post office to which you want to be delivered (without the need for your postman to visit you at home).
