The present terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") are concluded between :
The parties agree that the GCS exclusively govern their relationship. The Customer has the option of printing the GCS and consulting them at any time on the Site.
In accordance with article 2.7 below, the Customer receives these GCS as an attachment in a confirmation e-mail following his order.
La Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais reserves the right to adapt, modify or update the GCS at any time. The GTCs in force on the day the order is placed will be applied to each order.
If a condition should be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the current practices in the distance selling sector whose companies are based in France.
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
The purpose of the GCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of products offered on the Site by the Official Lyonnais Olympic Store to the Customer.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERING
The order is made exclusively on the Site after the following four successive steps have been carried out:
2.1 Selection of items
After having clicked on the "Add to basket" icon and after having checked and, if necessary, modified the specifics of his order (article, quantity, size, colour, price, etc.) from the references of the offers visible on the Site, the Customer validates the choice of the article(s) selected by clicking on the "Order" icon. Information on the availability of the item(s) is given when the order is placed.
If the Client already has an Olweb account, he must fill in the fields provided for this purpose in order to identify himself on the Site by indicating his identifier (username) and his personal password.

The Customer has the possibility, before validating his order, to check the details and the total price of this one and, to correct the possible errors, before confirming this one for his acceptance.
For the order to be validated, the Customer must accept the GCS, by clicking in the indicated place. He will also have to choose the address and the delivery method, and finally validate the payment method.
After accessing a summary and choosing his payment method, the Customer will validate his order by clicking on the "Pay and finalize my order" button.
After confirming the content of his order, the Customer will validate it definitively by payment. The order will only be definitive once the corresponding price has been paid. The means of payment accepted to date are : Credit Card, VISA Card, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL and OL Gift Card.
In order to ensure the security of payments made online, the Site uses the CM-CICpaiement secure payment services. These services integrate the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security standard. Confidential data (16-digit bank card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are directly transmitted encrypted on the SIPS server without transiting on the physical supports of the Olympique Lyonnais server.
When the bank details are validated, the secure telepayment manager sends an authorisation request to the bank card network. The telepayment manager issues an electronic certificate. The electronic certificate issued by the telepayment manager will be considered as proof of the amount and date of the transaction, in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 and following of the Civil Code as well as the electronic archiving means set up by the Olympique Lyonnais Official Store. In this respect, the dates and time of the server will be proof between the parties.
The Customer guarantees that he is fully entitled to use the payment card provided for the payment of his order and that this card gives access to sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from this order.
In all cases, the payment of the order is equivalent to signature and express acceptance of the sale, including its price. The Olympique Lyonnais Official Store will acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it has been validated by email or by any other means at its convenience.
2.5 Refusal of order
La Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais reserves the right to suspend all order processing and delivery in the event of refusal of authorisation for payment by credit card by officially accredited organisations or in the event of non-payment. In particular, the Official Olympic Store reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a Customer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.
La Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais is a retailer and is not intended to sell the products offered in large quantities. Consequently, the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities.
2.6 Order follow-up
For any question relating to the follow-up of his order, the Customer can call 08220.127.116.11 (0.05€/min) or the CRISTAL N° 09.69.36.05.83 (cost of a local call) from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm (Closed on public holidays).
2.7 Order confirmation
The Customer shall receive an order confirmation email within a reasonable period of time after payment of the order and at the latest on the day of delivery.
These GCS, as well as a withdrawal form in accordance with article L. 221-5 of the Consumer Code, are attached on a durable medium (PDF) to this confirmation email.
Olympique Lyonnais can in no way be held responsible for a lack of information in the event that the Customer indicates an erroneous email address.
ARTICLE 3: DESCRIPTION AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The products governed by the GCS are those that appear on the Site. Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site. The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred with regard to this presentation, the responsibility of the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store cannot be engaged. The photographs of the products are not contractual.
La Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais is committed to fulfilling orders received on the Site only within the limit of available product stocks.
In the event of unavailability of a product ordered after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone and will have the option of cancelling the part of the order relating to said product, the remainder of the order remaining firm and final.
The Customer will then have the choice:
ARTICLE 4: PRICE
The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be passed on to the prices of the products. Similarly, if one or more taxes or contributions, particularly environmental taxes, were to be created or modified, whether upwards or downwards, this change may be passed on to the selling price of the products.
The payment of the totality of the price must be carried out at the time of the order. At no time may the sums paid be considered as a deposit or advance payment.
La Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the current prices indicated at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date.
Prices do not include a fixed contribution to the order processing costs (postage, packaging and packing) which, unless a special exemption offer is made, will be invoiced to the Customer in addition and indicated before the final validation of the order.
The Customer is responsible for the telecommunication costs incurred when accessing the Internet and using the Site, as well as when calling the numbers indicated in the GCS.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
The Customer must refer to the following address: https://boutique.olweb.fr/fr/content/1-livraison-et-retours to find out about delivery terms, times and costs. The Olympic Lyonnais Store has chosen for its shipments the SO COLISSIMO and CHRONOPOST services, whose terms and conditions are presented in the Delivery section of the Site.
5.1. Place of delivery
Items are sent to the delivery address or relay point that the Customer has indicated during the ordering process. Packages are delivered both in metropolitan France, Corsica, overseas collectivities, and a large number of foreign countries, an exhaustive list of which can be found in the Delivery section of the Site.
La Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais shall in no way be held liable in the event of delay and/or non-delivery due to the address indicated by the Customer and in particular due to a false or erroneous address or one to which delivery would prove impossible.
If the delivery company returns the package to the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique, the Customer Service Department will then contact the Customer for a possible reshipment at the Customer's request and expense. If there is no response from the Customer within 30 calendar days, the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique will make a refund, with the exception of personalized items.
Conditions specific to SO COLISSIMO :
In the event of a request for delivery to an address chosen by the Customer, the parcel is hand-delivered or delivered to the Customer's letter box. In the event of absence at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left in the letterbox and the parcel will be made available to the Customer at the post office to which the Customer is attached. The Customer will thus have 10 working days from the arrival of his package at the post office to come and collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique. In all cases, the Customer is informed, by email, 24 hours prior to the delivery of his/her package.
In the event of a request for collection at a relay point (for metropolitan France only), the Customer will be informed of the availability of his/her package by SMS and/or email, with a collection voucher allowing him/her to collect it within 10 working days, upon presentation of a valid identity document. After this period, the package will be returned to the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique.
5.2. Delivery time
The delivery of the item(s) ordered shall take place within 30 days at the latest from the day following the Order, subject to full payment by the Customer of the price for the available items, unless a specific stipulation is indicated to the Customer before the Order is placed and prior to the final validation of the Order.
In this case, the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique will provide the Customer with an estimated delivery date range. This delivery date will be indicated for information purposes in the Delivery section of the Website. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed in the event of force majeure and in particular in the event of a strike.
For orders including items to be customized, a maximum preparation time of 24 hours may be necessary. Concerning products in pre-order or out of stock, the delivery time is from the date of availability of the products.
After a period of 6 weeks without any delivery, the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store will propose the cancellation of the order and reimbursement to the Customer.
The delivery time is taken into account from the delivery of the package to La Poste (allow 2 to 6 working days, for metropolitan France, after placing the order to receive the package).
For all orders placed before 10am, Monday to Friday, delivery is scheduled for the next day before 1pm. Orders placed from Friday 10am to Monday 10am are delivered the following Tuesday before 1pm. This delivery option is only valid for orders to be delivered in metropolitan France.
DELIVERY OPERATED BY A THIRD PARTY
The delivery of the personalised phone shells is exclusively carried out by a third party and takes between 2 and 5 working days from the dispatch of the article.
No delivery costs will be charged to the Customer for sending the personalised phone shells. The said shells will be sent in a tracked letter to the home address chosen by the Customer.
In the event that an order includes one or more products from the shop and a personalised hull, the delivery will be made in two separate packages.
It is specified that, the delivery relating to products shop will be offered and limited to a delivery via SOCOLISSIMO home. The delivery of the personalized hulls will be made in a followed letter without any delivery costs being charged to the Customer.
5.3. Cost of delivery
The Customer's contribution to the costs of logistical preparation and dispatch includes all taxes. Details of the costs are indicated in the Delivery section of the Site and on the order summary.
If the Customer resides abroad, the standard amount of the service is variable depending on the country of delivery and the weight of the package. Customs charges (the amount of which depends on the legislation specific to each country) may be requested from the Customer upon delivery. No reimbursement of customs fees is possible.
5.4. Delivery made
Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the item is handed over to the Customer, in particular by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used.
The Customer will receive, upon delivery, an invoice detailing the price of each of the item(s) and the delivery costs for which he is responsible.
The Customer is expressly informed that it is his responsibility, upon delivery of the package, to check its general condition (damage, damaged package, etc.) as well as its contents and to ensure that it conforms to his order (number, etc.). If this is not the case, the Customer must imperatively make his remarks or express written reservations on the delivery note under the conditions specified in Article 7 below.
ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund, by sending to Olympique Lyonnais the withdrawal form attached hereto, without having to justify the reasons or pay any penalties with the exception of the return costs. Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
After having communicated his decision to retract, the Customer then has a period of 14 days to send or return the goods. The product must be returned to the seller, whole, not dismantled and in its original packaging, by registered Colissimo, to the address mentioned in article 8.
It is specified that, in the case of a gift, the right of retraction remains to the exclusive benefit of the Customer and cannot be exercised by the recipient of the gift.
As an exception to the above, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the Customer is informed that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the sale of items personalised at his request, such as, for example, a "flocked" jersey with official player flocking or personalised flocking, a "light path" plaque stamped with the Customer's first and last name or personalised telephone shells.
As an exception to the above, and in accordance with the provisions of article L 221-28 5° of the Consumer Code, the Customer is informed that the right of withdrawal is not applicable to sales of articles which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g. protective mask).
ARTICLE 7: PRODUCT CONFORMITY
If at the time of delivery (at home or at a collection point), the original packaging is damaged, torn, opened, the Customer must then check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the Customer must imperatively refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because open or damaged).
In general, the Customer must indicate on the delivery slip, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature, any non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications on the order form (such as damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken products, etc.). This verification is considered to have been carried out once the Customer, or a person authorised by him, has signed the delivery slip.
The Customer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered mail within two working days at the latest following receipt of the item(s) and immediately send a copy of this mail to the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique by email (serviceClient@ol.fr) or by post (OL CUSTOMER SERVICE - 10 Avenue Simone Veil 69150 Décines France).
Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits specified above cannot be taken into account and will release the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store from any liability towards the Client.
La Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais undertakes to exchange, credit or refund defective, damaged or damaged products or products that do not correspond to the Customer's order.
ARTICLE 8: RETURN
In the event of retraction or non-conformity, the products that need to be returned to the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique must be returned by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, and under the following conditions:
In the case of a return for non-conformity, the Customer must also attach to his package the reasons for the non-conformity claimed. Items that are not returned within the above-mentioned deadlines and under the above-mentioned conditions will not be reimbursed or exchanged by the Official Lyonnais Olympic Boutique.
In particular, any item returned that is damaged, spoiled, incomplete or soiled and that has not been the subject of express written comments or reservations by the Customer upon its withdrawal or receipt upon delivery by the carrier will be refused by the Official Olympic Store and will therefore not be exchanged or reimbursed.

In the event of exercising the right of retraction, the return costs shall be borne by the Customer. For better security, it is advisable to return the package by registered mail with return receipt or by any other means that allows tracking the package.
In the event of non-conformity of the item(s), the costs of reshipment by the Customer shall be borne by the Official Olympic Lyon Boutique. The Customer must contact the customer service department CRISTAL N° 09.69.36.05.83 (cost of a local call), so that a reshipment label can be sent to him.
ARTICLE 9: REIMBURSEMENT
In the event of withdrawal, duly justified non-compliance or cancellation of the order due to unavailability, the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store undertakes to reimburse the sums it has collected within fourteen (14) working days by crediting the Customer's bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment or by bank transfer.
However, the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store reserves the right to defer reimbursement in the following cases:
If at the time of his order, the Customer has benefited from a promotional advantage such as the granting of a discount, he will be reimbursed at the price he actually paid.
In the event of a promotional offer involving several products, the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store reserves the right to demand the return of all products making up the promotional offer concerned in the event of a request for reimbursement.
In the event of a new order, if the new order is for a higher amount, the Customer must enclose payment for the remaining amount with the exchange request.
Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the initial amount, the Customer will receive upon receipt of the request a credit note in the form of a code for reimbursement of the difference. The said credit must be used within twelve months of its issue; after this period, the use or reimbursement of this credit cannot be demanded by the Customer, for any reason whatsoever.
ARTICLE 10: RESPONSIBILITIES AND GUARANTEES
10.1. In accordance with the regulations in force, the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store undertakes to comply with its legal obligations relating to the guarantees attached to the items sold on the Site and which appear in articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-13 of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641, 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.
When the CUSTOMER acts as a legal guarantee of conformity :
The CUSTOMER may request reimbursement of the items in the Order.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be granted.
The CUSTOMER may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the articles sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. He then benefits from an option between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
It is specified that the guarantees do not apply to the normal wear and tear of certain parts or articles, nor in the case of professional or collective use, nor to damage caused by causes external to the articles.
The Customer is expressly informed that the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store is not the producer of all of the products presented within the meaning of Law no. 98-389 of 19 May 1998 relating to liability for defective products.
10.2. For all stages of access to the Site, consultation, filling out forms, placing orders, delivery of articles or any other service, the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store has only an obligation of means.
Consequently, the responsibility of the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network and totally outside the diligence and precautions taken by the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store. In particular, any disruption in the provision of the service, or any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus, shall not incur the liability of the Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais.
10.3. La Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais disclaims all liability, from the moment the order is handed over to the delivery company, for any event affecting the delivery (delay or other anomaly) that is attributable either to the Client or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract (in particular the delivery company), or to a case of force majeure. Consequently, no claim for compensation, of any nature whatsoever, may be made by the Customer to the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique.
ARTICLE 11: PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES
11.1. The personal data relating to the Customer collected by the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store are processed in the context of the execution of the present contract in accordance with the provisions of the law n° 8-17 of January 6, 1978 modified by the law n° 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 and the European Regulation for the protection of personal data. They are necessary for the management of the commercial relationship between the parties. The Customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and shall be solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or outdated information. Any change of address, name, email or any other identification element that may be necessary for the proper management of the commercial relationship must be notified directly to the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique. Under no circumstances can the latter be held liable in the event of non-receipt of an offer or benefit due to obsolete or incorrect information.
11.2. The Official Olympic Store may, with the prior consent of the Customer, use this data for direct marketing operations by sending the Customer, by any means whatsoever and in particular by SMS, e-mail or postal mail:
At any time, the Customer may exercise its right to object under the above-mentioned conditions.
11.3 La Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais uses tracking technologies, in particular cookies, to adapt advertising to your needs and interests on our sites or those of our partners. You can manage advertising tracking cookies and performance cookies in the "cookie settings" tab of the cookie information banner or indicate your opposition to advertising profiling at any time following receipt of communications addressed to you.
11.4. In accordance with the "Data Protection and Freedom" law in force and with European regulations concerning the protection of personal data, the Customer has the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right of deletion, right of portability, right of opposition on legitimate grounds, right to limit processing, right to withdraw consent if necessary, right to define guidelines on the fate of his personal data in the event of death. ARTICLE 12: SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE APPLICABLE DURING THE SALE.
During the annual sell-off period of the Official Olympic Lyonnais Boutique, the following special conditions will apply:
ARTICLE 13: CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE NAMEPLATES OF THE ALLEE DES LUMIÈRES
In accordance with the concept known as the "Allée des Lumières" and its price list indicated on the website http://www.alleedeslumieres.com, Olympique Lyonnais supporters have the opportunity to purchase a nameplate placed on the said Allée des Lumières in Groupama Stadium. The visuals present on the Website are given for information purposes only, as the Olympique Lyonnais Official Store reserves the right to decide on the final layout of the plaques and their placement within the chosen area.
13.1. The order of the nameplate will only be definitively validated after discretionary approval of the personalisable content of the plate (consisting of the first name, surname and, if applicable, the message) by the Olympique Lyonnais Official Store, which may require any modification of the content, and, in the absence of cooperation from the Customer, cancel the order. Content prohibited by law or contrary to good morals is prohibited, and in particular, without this list being exhaustive, (i) content of a fascist, xenophobic, sexual, racist, sectarian, insulting, humiliating, defamatory or insulting nature, (ii) content that infringes on a person's private life, on the honour or consideration of any natural person or legal entity, on an intellectual property right and/or on the image of Olympique Lyonnais. Also subject to refusal are those using the name of a personality of the club or of an opposing club.
Inscriptions on the plaque must not constitute direct or indirect advertising. In particular, the verbal or visual presentation of goods, services, the name, a website, the trademark or the activities of a producer of goods or a service provider is prohibited.
13.2. Once the modular system for the installation of the nameplates has been installed, the nameplate is neither modifiable nor removable.
13.3. The Customer guarantees that he is the holder (or in the case of a purchase for a third party, validly dispose of) the rights to the content of the inscriptions on the nameplate (in particular on the surname and first name) and is therefore duly authorised to transfer the rights relating thereto to the Olympique Lyonnais Official Store for initial inscription on the nameplate and for reproduction on all present or future operating media, for the entire duration of the operation of the nameplate. Furthermore, the Customer expressly consents to his name being associated with all trademarks owned by Olympique Lyonnais and/or its partners (in particular the stadium's name).
13.4. As the nameplate is located in a public place, Olympique Lyonnais cannot be held liable in the event of damage and/or disappearance. However, Olympique Lyonnais undertakes to use its best efforts to guarantee its presence and maintenance for a period of ten years.
13.5. The Customer is aware that the visibility of his nameplate may be reserved within the framework of the organisation of major events, which would require masking measures as part of the provision of Groupama Stadium.
13.6. The plaques are positioned randomly in the chosen zone. The Customer will also not have the choice of the legendary player to whose side his plaque will be installed.
ARTICLE 14: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
14.1. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale express the full extent of the parties' obligations. No indication, no document can give rise to obligations hereunder, if they are not the subject of an amendment signed by both parties.
14.2. Any tolerance or renunciation by one of the parties in the application of all or part of the commitments provided for in these terms and conditions, regardless of the frequency and duration thereof, shall not constitute a modification of this agreement, nor shall it give rise to any right whatsoever.
Consequently, no delay or inaction, abstention or omission on the part of the Official Olympic Lyonnais Store in the exercise of any of its rights shall infringe said right, nor shall it be considered as implying a waiver on its part of said right.
14.3. If one or more stipulations of the GTC are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other stipulations shall retain their full force and scope.
14.4. Failure by the Customer to comply with the obligations subscribed to under the terms of the GCS, and in particular concerning any incident of payment of the price of an order, erroneous address or other problem on the Customer's account, may lead to the suspension of access to the sales service on the Site, or even the termination of the Customer's OL account depending on the degree of seriousness of the actions in question, without prejudice to any damages that the Official Olympic Store may request.
14.5. In accordance with the provisions of articles L 611-1 and R 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes: when the consumer has sent a written complaint to the professional and has not received satisfaction or a response within two months, he may submit his complaint to the consumer ombudsman free of charge. The matter must be referred to the mediator within a maximum of one year from the initial complaint.
