The present terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the ‘GTC’) are entered into between :
The parties agree that the GCS govern their relationship exclusively. The Customer may print out the GCS and consult them at any time on the Site.
In accordance with article 2.7 below, the Customer will receive an attachment of these GTC in a confirmation email following his/her order.
The Official Olympique Lyonnais Store reserves the right to adapt, modify or update the GTC at any time. The GTC in force on the day the order is placed will be applied to each order.
If a condition is lacking, it will be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are based in France.
The purpose of the GTCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered on the Site by the Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais to the Customer.
The order is placed exclusively on the Site after completion of the following four successive stages:
After having clicked on the ‘Add to basket’ icon and after having checked and, if necessary, modified the specifics of his/her order (item, quantity, size, colour, price, etc.) from the references of the offers visible on the Site, the Customer validates the choice of the item(s) selected by clicking on the ‘Order’ icon. Information on the availability of the item(s) is given when the order is placed.
If the Customer already has an OL.fr account, he/she shall complete the fields provided for this purpose in order to identify him/herself on the Site by entering his/her identifier (pseudonym) and personal password.

Before confirming his/her order, the Customer has the opportunity to check the details and total price of the order and to correct any errors before confirming his/her acceptance of the order. For the order to be validated, the Customer must accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, by clicking in the place indicated when choosing the method of payment. They must also choose the delivery address and method, and finally confirm the payment method. After accessing a summary and choosing their method of payment, the Customer will validate their order by clicking on the ‘Pay’ button.
After confirming the content of their order, Customers confirm it definitively by paying. The order will only be definitive once the corresponding price has been paid. The means of payment currently accepted are : Carte Bleue, VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL immediate debit or 4x free of charge, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MYOL card.
To ensure the security of payments made online, the Website uses the secure payment services of CM-CIC paiement. These services incorporate the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security standard. Confidential data (the 16-digit bank card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are transmitted encrypted directly to the SIPS server without passing through the physical media of the Olympique Lyonnais server.
Once the bank details have been validated, the secure telepayment manager sends an authorisation request to the bank card network. The telepayment manager issues an electronic certificate. The electronic certificate issued by the telepayment manager will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction, in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 et seq. of the French Civil Code, as well as the electronic archiving means put in place by the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store. In this respect, the dates and times of the server will be deemed authentic between the parties.
The Customer guarantees that he/she is fully authorised to use the payment card provided for the payment of his/her order and that this card gives access to sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from this order.
In all cases, payment of the order constitutes signature and express acceptance of the sale, including its price. The Official Olympique Lyonnais Store will acknowledge receipt of the order as soon as it has been validated by e-mail or by any other means at its convenience.
The Official Olympique Lyonnais Store reserves the right to suspend all order processing and deliveries in the event of refusal to authorise payment by credit card by officially accredited organisations or in the event of non-payment. In particular, the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a Customer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.
The Official Olympique Lyonnais Store is a retailer and does not sell the products offered in large quantities. Consequently, the Official Lyonnais Store reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities.

The Customer will receive an order confirmation email within a reasonable time of payment of the order and at the latest on the day of delivery. These GTC, as well as a withdrawal form in accordance with Article L. 221-5 of the French Consumer Code, are attached on a durable medium (PDF) to this confirmation email.
Olympique Lyonnais can in no way be held responsible for a lack of information in the event that the Customer provides an incorrect email address.
The products governed by the GTCS are those shown on the Site. Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site. The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this presentation. The photographs of the products are not contractual.
The Olympique Lyonnais Official Store undertakes to honour orders received on the Website only within the limits of available stocks of products.
If a product ordered is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. If the order includes several products, the latter will be dispatched without the product that is out of stock, which will be reimbursed in full within 15 days. If the order only includes one product that is out of stock, the order will be cancelled and reimbursed within 15 days.
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the prices of the products. Similarly, if one or more taxes or contributions, particularly environmental taxes, are created or modified, either upwards or downwards, this change may be passed on to the sale price of the products.
The full price must be paid when the order is placed. At no time may the sums paid be considered as deposits or advance payments.
The Official Olympique Lyonnais Store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the current prices indicated at the time of the order, subject to availability on that date.
Prices do not include a flat-rate contribution to the cost of processing the order (postage, packaging and preparation of the parcel) which, unless there is a special exemption offer, will be invoiced to the Customer in addition, and will be indicated before the order is definitively confirmed.
The Customer is responsible for all telecommunications costs incurred when accessing the Internet and using the Site, as well as for calls to the numbers indicated in the GTCS.
The Customer must refer to the following address: https://boutique.ol.fr/fr/content/1-livraison-et-retours to find out about delivery methods, times and costs. The Olympique Lyonnais Boutique has chosen SO COLISSIMO for its shipping services, the terms and conditions of which are presented in the Delivery section of the Site.
Items are sent to the delivery address or relay point indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. Parcels are delivered to Metropolitan France, Corsica, the French Overseas Territories and a large number of foreign countries, the full list of which can be found in the Delivery section of the Site.
The Official Olympique Lyonnais Store shall in no event be held responsible in the event of delay and/or non-delivery due to the address indicated by the Customer and in particular due to a false or erroneous address or one to which delivery proves to be impossible.
In the event that the parcel is returned by the delivery company to the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store, the Customer Service Department will then contact the Customer for a possible re-shipment at the Customer's request and expense. If there is no response from the Customer within 30 calendar days, the Official Lyonnais Store will issue a refund, with the exception of personalised items.
Conditions specific to SO COLISSIMO:
In the event of a request for delivery to an address chosen by the Customer, the parcel will be given to the Customer personally or delivered to the Customer's letterbox. If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in the letterbox and the parcel will be made available to the Customer at the post office to which the Customer is attached. The Customer will thus have 10 working days from the arrival of the parcel at the post office to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store. In all cases, the Customer will be informed by email 24 hours before delivery of the parcel.
In the event of a collection request from a relay point (for metropolitan France only), the Customer will be informed of the availability of their parcel by SMS and/or email, with a collection voucher allowing them to collect it within 10 working days, on presentation of a valid form of identification. After this period, the parcel will be returned to the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store.
Delivery of the item(s) ordered will take place at the latest within 30 days from the day following the Order, subject to full payment by the Customer of the price for available items, unless a specific stipulation is indicated to the Customer before the order is placed and prior to its final validation.
In this case, the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store will provide the Customer with an estimated delivery date. This period will be indicated as an indication in the Delivery section of the Site. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed in the event of force majeure and in particular in the event of a strike.
For orders including items to be personalised, a maximum preparation time of 48 hours may be required. For pre-ordered or out-of-stock products, the delivery time is understood to be from the date of availability of the products.
After a period of 6 weeks without any delivery, the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store will offer to cancel the order and reimburse the Customer.
SO COLISSIMO
The delivery time is taken into account from the moment the parcel is handed over to La Poste (count a period of 2 to 6 working days, for metropolitan France, after the order has been placed to receive the parcel).
The Customer's contribution to the cost of logistical preparation and dispatch includes VAT. Details of the costs are indicated in the Delivery section of the Site and on the order summary.
If the Customer lives abroad, the standard amount of the service varies according to the country of delivery and the weight of the parcel. Customs charges (the amount of which depends on the legislation specific to each country) may be requested from the Customer on delivery. No reimbursement of customs fees is possible.
Each delivery is deemed to have been made as soon as the item has been handed over to the Customer, in particular by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used.
At the time of delivery, the Customer will receive an invoice detailing the price of each item and the delivery charges payable by the Customer.
The Customer is expressly informed that it is their responsibility, upon delivery of the parcel, to check its general condition (damage, damaged parcel, etc.) as well as its contents and to ensure that it conforms to their order (number, etc.). If this is not the case, the Customer must make any comments or express written reservations on the delivery note under the conditions specified in article 7 below.
The Customer has the option of collecting the item from an Official Olympique Lyonnais Store (OLStore). An e-mail will be sent to the Customer when the parcel is available in the Boutique. The Customer will then have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the e-mail to collect their order. At the time of collection, the Customer must go to the Boutique with proof of identity. At the end of this fourteen (14) day period, if the parcel has not been collected, the order will be cancelled and the Customer will be automatically refunded.
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of his/her order to return any item that does not suit him/her and request an exchange or refund, by sending Olympique Lyonnais the retraction form attached hereto, without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties with the exception of the return costs. Only products returned in their entirety, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be taken back. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
Once the Customer has communicated his/her decision to withdraw, he/she has a period of 14 days in which to send or return the goods. The product must be returned to the seller, whole, undismantled and in its original packaging, by registered Colissimo, to the address mentioned in article 8. It is specified that, in the case of a gift, the right of retraction remains for the exclusive benefit of the Customer and cannot be exercised by the recipient of the gift.
Personalised products
As an exception to the foregoing, and in accordance with the provisions of article L 221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the Customer is hereby informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of items personalised at the Customer's request, such as, for example, a ‘flocked’ jersey with an official player flocking or personalised flocking.
Hygiene products
As an exception to the above, and in accordance with the provisions of article L 221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, the Customer is hereby informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the sale of items which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g. protective mask).
If, at the time of delivery (to the Customer's home or to a collection point), the original packaging is damaged, torn or open, the Customer must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the Customer must refuse the parcel and note a reservation on the delivery note (parcel refused because opened or damaged).
In general, for home deliveries or deliveries to a relay point, the Customer must indicate on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his/her signature, any non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the information given on the order form (such as damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.). This verification is considered to have been carried out once the Customer, or a person authorised by the Customer, has signed the delivery slip.
The Customer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered mail at the latest within two working days following receipt of the item(s) and immediately send a copy of this letter to the Official Lyonnais Olympic Store by email ([email protected]) or by post (OL CUSTOMER SERVICE - 10 Avenue Simone Veil 69150 Décines France).
Any claim not made in accordance with the rules set out above and within the time limits set shall not be taken into account and shall release the Official Lyonnais Olympic Store from any liability towards the Customer.
The ‘Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais’ undertakes to exchange, issue a credit note or refund any defective, damaged or damaged products or products that do not correspond to the Customer's order.
In the event of retraction or non-conformity (with the exception of hygiene products such as masks), products that need to be returned to the Olympique Lyonnais Official Store must be returned by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, and under the following conditions:
In the case of a return for non-conformity, the Customer must also enclose the reasons for the alleged non-conformity with the parcel. Items that are not returned within the time limits and under the conditions set out above will not be reimbursed or exchanged by the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store.
In particular, any item returned damaged, spoiled, incomplete or soiled and which has not been the subject of remarks or express reservations in writing by the Customer upon collection or receipt upon delivery by the carrier will be refused by the Boutique Officielle Olympique Lyonnais and will therefore not give rise to an exchange or refund.

In the event of exercising the right of retraction, return costs are at the Customer's expense. For better security, it is advisable to send the return parcel by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt or by any other means enabling the parcel to be tracked.
In the event of non-conformity of the item(s), the costs of re-shipment by the Customer will be borne by the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store. The Customer must contact customer service on 04 51 08 70 40 (cost of a local call) or via the form available on this page https://contact.ol.fr/, so that a return label can be sent to them.
In the event of retraction, duly justified non-conformity or cancellation of the order due to unavailability, the Olympique Lyonnais Official Store undertakes to reimburse the sums collected within fourteen (14) working days by crediting the Customer's bank account corresponding to the bank card used for payment or by bank transfer. However, the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store reserves the right to defer reimbursement in the following cases:
If, at the time of ordering, the Customer has benefited from a promotional advantage such as the granting of a discount, he/she will be reimbursed at the price he/she actually paid.
In the event of a promotional offer involving several products, the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store reserves the right to demand the return of all the products making up the promotional offer concerned in the event of a request for reimbursement. In the event of a new order, if the new order is for a higher amount, the Customer must enclose payment for the balance with the exchange request.
Conversely, if the amount of the exchange is less than the initial amount, the Customer will receive, upon receipt of the request, a credit note in the form of a code for reimbursement of the difference. This credit must be used within twelve months of it being issued; after this period, the Customer may not request the use or reimbursement of this credit for any reason whatsoever.
10.1. In accordance with the regulations in force, the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store undertakes to respect its legal obligations relating to the guarantees attached to the items sold on the Site and which appear in articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-13 of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641, 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.
When the CUSTOMER acts under the legal guarantee of conformity :
It is specified that the guarantees do not apply to normal wear and tear of certain parts or items, nor in the case of professional or collective use, nor to damage caused by causes external to the items. The Customer is expressly informed that the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store is not the producer of all of the products presented within the meaning of Law No. 98-389 of 19 May 1998 relating to liability for defective products.
10.2. For all stages of access to the Site, consultation, completion of forms, placing of orders, delivery of items or any other service, the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store has only an obligation of means.
Consequently, the Lyonnais Official Store may not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the internet network and totally external to the diligence and precautions taken by the Lyonnais Official Store. In particular, the Official Lyonnais Store shall not be held liable for any disruption in the supply of the service, or any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus.
10.3. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery company, the Lyonnais Official Store accepts no liability for any event affecting the delivery (delay or other anomaly) which is attributable either to the Customer or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract (in particular the delivery company), or to a case of force majeure. Consequently, no claim for compensation of any kind whatsoever may be made by the Customer against the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store.
10.4. Eco-organisations: Olympique Lyonnais is a member of several eco-organisations whose unique identifiers listed below attest to its compliance with the regulatory obligations relating to extended producer responsibility:
11.1. The personal data relating to the Customer collected by the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store is processed in the context of the execution of the present contract in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 8-17 of 6 January 1978, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, and the European Personal Data Protection Regulation. It is necessary for the management of the commercial relationship between the parties. The Customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and shall be solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or obsolete information. Any change of address, name, email address or any other element of identification that may be necessary for the proper management of the commercial relationship must be notified directly to the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store. The latter may under no circumstances be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of an offer or benefit due to obsolete or incorrectly provided information.
11.2. The Official Olympique Lyonnais Store may, with the prior consent of the Customer, use this data in the context of direct marketing operations by sending the Customer, by any means whatsoever and in particular by SMS, e-mail or post:
11.3. The Official Olympique Lyonnais Store uses tracking technologies, in particular cookies, to adapt advertising to your needs and interests on our sites or those of our partners. You can manage advertising tracking cookies and performance cookies in the ‘cookie settings’ tab of the cookie information banner or indicate at any time your opposition to advertising profiling following receipt of communications sent to you.
11.4. In accordance with the Data Protection Act in force and European regulations concerning the protection of personal data, the Customer has the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right of deletion, right of portability, right of opposition for a legitimate reason, right to limit processing, right to withdraw consent where applicable, right to define directives concerning the fate of his/her personal data in the event of death. These requests may be made by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the attention of the DPO of the Olympique Lyonnais Groupe, 10 Avenue Simone Veil 69150 Décines Cedex, accompanied by a copy of an identity document.

During the annual sales period of the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store, the promotional codes from which the Customer may benefit will not be applicable.
13.1. The GTC express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. No indication or document may give rise to obligations hereunder unless it is the subject of an amendment signed by both parties.
13.2. Any tolerance or waiver by one of the parties in the application of all or part of the undertakings set out in these conditions, however frequent and however long, shall not constitute a modification of this agreement, nor generate any right whatsoever. Consequently, no delay or inaction, abstention or omission on the part of the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store in exercising any of its rights will prejudice said right, nor will it be considered as implying on its part a waiver of the right to avail itself of said right.
13.3. If one or more stipulations of the GCS are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision by a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.
13.4. Failure by the Customer to comply with its obligations under the terms of the GTC, and in particular with regard to any incident concerning payment of the price of an order, incorrect address or any other problem with the Customer's account, may result in the suspension of access to the sales service on the Website, or even the cancellation of the Customer's OL account depending on the degree of seriousness of the conduct in question, without prejudice to any damages that the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store may seek.
13.5. In accordance with the provisions of articles L 611-1 and R 612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes: when the consumer has sent a written complaint to the professional and has not obtained satisfaction or a response within two months, he may submit his complaint free of charge to the Consumer Mediator. The matter must be referred to the ombudsman within a maximum of one year of the initial complaint.
