Returns are free of charge for all orders in mainland France via Colissimo, within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Items must be returned by the customer, by downloading and printing the Colissimo return label directly from the "Product returns" interface in the "My account" space.
If you placed your order with a guest account, you have the possibility to create an account on the online shop and to link your order to it from the "order history" interface. You will then be able to enter your request from the "Product return" interface.
No returns for refund in OL stores are accepted for orders made on the online shop.
An exchange is possible in OL stores depending on product availability.
The items must be returned by the user, in case of cancellation or nonconformity, within 60 days after the order reception and according to the following conditions:
In case of nonconformity, the user will have to join to the parcel, the reasons of this nonconformity. The items which would not be returned in time and according to the conditions cited previously, will not be refund or exchanged by the Olympique Lyonnais Official Online Store.
To avoid any doubt, will be refused by the Olympique Lyonnais Official Online Store and consequently will not be given an exchange or refunded, any item returned damaged, incomplete or dirty and which would not be noticed by the user at the reception of the delivery.

For added security, we advise you to return your parcel by registered delivery or any other method whereby you can track your parcel.
The delivery charge and return delivery charge are your responsibility unless we have made an error with your order. In case of nonconformity, you can contact our customer service at 0818.104.22.168 (0,05€/min), a redelivery sticker will be sent to you. You will have just to past it on your parcel and to send it.
