RETURNS / EXCHANGE

Returns are free of charge for all orders in mainland France via Colissimo, within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Items must be returned by the customer, by downloading and printing the Colissimo return label directly from the "Product returns" interface in the "My account" space. 

If you placed your order with a guest account, you have the possibility to create an account on the online shop and to link your order to it from the "order history" interface. You will then be able to enter your request from the "Product return" interface.

No returns for refund in OL stores are accepted for orders made on the online shop. 

An exchange is possible in OL stores depending on product availability. 

The items must be returned by the user, in case of cancellation or nonconformity, within 60 days after the order reception and according to the following conditions:

  • In their original packaging
  • Completes (accessories, instructions, ...)
  • Clean and not used
  • Not damaged
  • not customized 
  • With the original invoice


In case of nonconformity, the user will have to join to the parcel, the reasons of this nonconformity. The items which would not be returned in time and according to the conditions cited previously, will not be refund or exchanged by the Olympique Lyonnais Official Online Store.

In the case of a return for non-conformity, the user must also enclose the reasons for the alleged non-conformity with the package. For the avoidance of doubt, any item returned damaged, spoiled, incomplete or soiled and which has not been the subject of remarks or express reservations in writing by the user upon collection or receipt will be refused by the Official Olympique Lyonnais Store and will therefore not give rise to an exchange or refund. All products personalised at the customer's request, such as shirts with player flocking (including L1 badges) or personalised, personalised training products, mugs and other personalised products, are neither exchanged nor refunded.

For added security, we advise you to return your parcel by registered delivery or any other method whereby you can track your parcel.

The delivery charge and return delivery charge are your responsibility unless we have made an error with your order. In case of nonconformity, you can contact our customer service at 0892.69.69.69 (0,05€/min), a redelivery sticker will be sent to you. You will have just to past it on your parcel and to send it.
