RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns are free of charge for all orders in France via Colissimo, within 30 days of receipt of the order.

1/ Making a return

To make a return, you must follow the steps below:

  • Log into your customer account and go to the "Order" tab
  • On the line of the concerned order, click on "Return".
  • Select the product(s) to be returned and validate
  • Upon validation of your return request, an email with a prepaid Colissimo shipping label will be sent to the email associated with your account
  • Print the return label
  • Carefully pack your item
  • Stick your prepaid return label on the package
  • Choose the desired return method by following the instructions on the return label

Upon receipt of your return package, you will be informed by e-mail and reimbursed within 14 days.

2/ To make an exchange

To make an exchange, you must follow the steps below:

  • Log into your customer account and go to the "Order" tab
  • On the line of the order concerned, click on "Exchange".
  • Select the product(s) to be exchanged as well as the new size(s) chosen.
  • Upon validation of your exchange request, an email with a prepaid Colissimo shipping label will be sent to the email associated with your account
  • Print the return label
  • Pack your item carefully
  • Stick your prepaid return label on the package
  • Choose the desired return method by following the instructions on the return label

Upon receipt of the return package you will be informed by e-mail. After verification of the conformity of your exchange a new package will be sent to you with the new size(s) chosen. If the new size(s) are out of stock, you will be refunded within 14 days.

3/ Conditions

For a return to be valid, the products must respect the following conditions:

  • in their original packaging,
  • complete (accessories, instructions...),
  • clean and not worn,
  • neither damaged nor deteriorated,
  • not personalized,
  • accompanied by the corresponding original invoice.

Personalized products and hygiene products are neither returned nor exchanged.
